(Son of Robert Flack. (1743-1814)
Be it remembered that I Robert Flack of New Britain township in the county
of Bucks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Yeoman, being of weak in body but
of sound mind memory and understanding, praised be God for the same, do make
and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that
is to say, first my will is that all my just debts and funereal expenses shall
be duly paid, And further my will is that my beloved wife Mary shall have and
enjoy all my real estate and also all my effects, household goods, farming utensils.
Crops, livestock and other personal estate the use and profits thereof. Until
my youngest daughter Martha Ann shall have arrived at the age of fourteen years;
if my said wife shall so ling live and remain in widowhood, for the purpose
of affording her maintenance and enable her to bring up my children and pay
the interest due from my estate: but if my said wife before the expiration of
that term should happen to die or marry; then in either case or at the expiration
of the said term, I order and direct my hereinafter Executrix, or Executor,
or both as the case may require, to sell all my real and personal estates for
the best price that can be obtained for the same; and to make good and lawful
Deed or titles for the same in fee simple to the purchaser or purchasers of
the said real estate Excepting from a bedsteads and bed being her choice, the
Silver tea spoons marked with the initials of her maiden name, a bureau and
a sufficiency of bed clothes which last Specified articles I bequeath unto my
said wife absolutely And further my will is that my said wife shall have a right
to sell off, for the purpose of raising money to promote the payment of the
Interest and debts against my estate, during the term she holds my real estate
all such live stock of mine as may be spared without injury to the farm which
is my wish they should improve. And further that my will is that when my real
estate is sold as aforesaid the one third of the proceedings of such shall remain
in the said real estate during the lifetime of my said wife, and the yearly
Interest of the said third I Bequeath unto my said wife so long as she live
and remain in widow-hood.
I also give to my said wife the one third of my personal estate after paying
all debts and expenses absolutely: and for the remaining two thirds of the proceeds,
of the real estate, and the principal of the above said one third after my wifes
interest therein ceases; and also the remaining two thirds of my personal estate
I give unto my seven children or their legal representatives namely William
Flack, Priscilla P Flack, Mary Jane Flack, Sarah Flack, George Flack, Hannah
Flack and Martha Ann Flack, to be equally divided share and share alike, And
lastly I nominate and appoint my said wife Executrix, and my said son William
Flack Executor also when he shall become of lawful age,
of this my last will and Testament hereby satisfying and confirming this and
this only to be my last will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty ninth day
of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Robert Flack to be
his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses at his request and in his presence.
